A hiring and onboarding platform for Canadian operators with shift-based teams. Job postings, applicants, interviews, offers, onboarding, and the 90-day probationary period — in one place. Standalone, or deeply synced with ShiftFlow so a new hire arrives complete.
Create, publish, edit, close. Standard tier auto-posts to Indeed and LinkedIn.
Applied → Screening → Interview → Offered → Hired. Filter, advance, reject, take notes.
Google / Outlook calendar sync. Structured scorecards. Pass/fail auto-advances the candidate.
Templated offer letters, DocuSeal / HelloSign integration, audit trail on signature.
First-day checklist, policy ack, document upload, certification capture, video orientation.
30/60/90 check-in scorecards. Confirm / extend / part-ways decision at Day 90.
HireFlow works on its own — use it with whatever time-and-attendance system you already have. But if you also use ShiftFlow, the deep sync turns the two into a single workforce platform: a hire onboarded in HireFlow arrives in ShiftFlow with their certifications, shifts, and leave balances already set up.
For operators who use another time and attendance system. HireFlow covers hiring and onboarding; finished hires export as CSV.
When you buy both at Standard tier, they share a backend. Single platform, single audit trail, single bill.
Both products run on Cloudflare D1 in WNAM region (Standard tier) or the customer's Canadian-resident instance (Enterprise). Tenant isolation is enforced at every database query — one customer's data never crosses to another. The deep sync is technically a series of internal API calls within the same tenant_id, not a cross-organization data flow.
HireFlow is purpose-built for Canadian operators with frequent hiring cycles — disability supports, long-term care, retirement, home care, security services, hospitality, manufacturing, field services. Same ICP as ShiftFlow, so we sell into the same conversations.
The demo runs in your browser with seeded sample data — 5 jobs, 12 applicants in various stages, one active onboarding. Click around. Toggle the ShiftFlow sync in Settings to see what the integration looks like.
